I have worked with Jacaranda for many years and they never cease to be anything other than outstanding, in their food and their service.
Jacaranda was created by Bee, Jon & Ian in 1998 with the collective aim to establish a catering company with a reputation for exceptional food and service, attention to detail and value for money. Now well-known and highly respected throughout Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire and London.
You’ll find the team in the heart of the beautiful South Downs at Cowdray Park, between the sea and the city where their passion for planning sees us bring special occasions to life: From dream weddings to elegant parties, inspirational events and intimate dinner parties.
Jacaranda’s team is filled with a range of dynamic personalities who are fun, driven, have the most utmost attention to detail and are most importantly passionate about what they do. They also have a venue events team and a marquee events team, both dedicated to helping organise your celebration from start to finish.
Their food is designed and created by the wonderful head chef Jamie Daines whose experience in the catering industry is second to none. Jamie and his team of talented chefs produce beautifully designed and delicious dishes from fine dining 7 course menus to huge feasting tables, tiny, delicate puddings to yummy crepes from one of their coco vans.
Another arm of Jacaranda is their love and passion for street food. Coco dining is their vintage food van side. The coco vans add a really fun feature to any event, whether to serve drinks or food from, they add a real sparkle to the day!
